Powder coating is a dry finishing process using finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which are electro-statically charged and sprayed onto a surface. The parts are electro-statically grounded so when the charged powder particles are sprayed; it adheres to the metal surface. Once the part has been coated, it is placed in an oven to cure. The result of this process is a uniform, durable, high quality finish that is also environmentally friendly.
Any metal object that can hold an electrostatic charge and withstand the heat of the curing process can be powder coated. Powder can be applied to intricate surfaces and still maintain a uniform finish across the entire piece.

Key Benefits -
- Durability- Powder coating is extremely durable, and various types are formulated to endure the severity of chemicals, abrasion and chipping, or ultraviolet radiation from sunlight
- Finish and color variety- The latest powder technology has resulted in texture, wrinkle, hammer-tone, and a wide array of colors such as candy, sparkle as well as smooth film powder coatings in any level of gloss.
- High quality- Before baking, parts painted with liquid paint have a strong tendency to attract dust particles that may mar the finish. This is not the same with powder, which will leave a quality finish to your part.
